첫 집 구매를 위해 집을보고 있는 중인데요
오퍼 생각했던 집이 예전에 물이 샌적이 있다고해서 인스펙션 후 이상이없으면 사도되는건지 아예 사지말아야하는지 조언을 듣고싶습니다
집 보험들때도 어느정도 영향을 미치는지도 알고싶습니다
NB we have 1 disclosure about a prior leak in the property, the vendor thinks at least 5 years ago, where there was a leak in the copper pipe that feeds the hot water cylinder in the upstairs cupboard, the leak caused some damage to the ceiling in the garage, it was all sorted under insurance.
